1 Introduction

3 Account Eligibility

In order to register and maintain an Account on jomgtb77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You are not located in, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must complete the online registration form on the Platform, providing accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided and must promptly update your Account details if they change.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account on jomgtb77. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jomgtb77 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed, and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jomgtb77 is required to conduct KYC verification on all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a clear photograph of your Malaysian National Identity Card (NRIC) — front and back — or an equivalent government-issued identification document; proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months); and, in certain circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account).

Failure to complete KYC verification to jomgtb77's reasonable satisfaction may result in delays or refusals of withdrawal requests. jomgtb77 may also request KYC documentation at any time during a Player's use of the Platform, including prior to accepting large deposits or in connection with anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

4.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. jomgtb77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such unauthorised use results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jomgtb77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jomgtb77 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change from time to time at jomgtb77's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier. Gold-tier members may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request and subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

5.3 Currency

All accounts held by Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. jomgtb77 is not responsible for any foreign exchange losses arising from currency conversion.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Processing Times

Processing times are estimates and may vary due to payment provider delays, additional verification requirements, or system maintenance.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Prior to any withdrawal being processed, the following conditions must be met:

7.2 Wagering Requirements

7.4 Promotion Availability

jomgtb77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion has already been accepted by a Player and the relevant wagering period has commenced.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting on jomgtb77 is governed by the general rules applicable to the relevant sport and the specific rules of each market type (e.g., Asian Handicap, Over/Under, Match Result). jomgtb77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, suspended, or subject to irregular market activity. • Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds — commonly referred to as "glitch exploitation" or "arbing" against the house.

• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or falsified bank statements in connection with deposits or withdrawals.

11 Intellectual Property

Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jomgtb77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jomgtb77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to jomgtb77 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jomgtb77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jomgtb77 is not responsible for any loss arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays outside of jomgtb77's direct control.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by jomgtb77

jomgtb77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where required to do so for regulatory, legal, or risk management reasons.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting jomgtb77 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), jomgtb77 reserves the right to void all pending bets, forfeit all bonus balances, and retain real-money balances pending investigation. Where funds are forfeited, jomgtb77 will provide written notification to the Player with reasons.

14 Amendments

jomgtb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jomgtb77 is licensed to operate. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

jomgtb77 provides an internal dispute resolution process as a first port of call for all complaints and disputes. Players are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance. jomgtb77 aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
